Wrong size or model? No worries — returns and exchanges within 14 days.
01 Return period
Items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
02 Item condition
Unworn (indoor try-on is fine), original look preserved, branded box and dust bags included.
03 How to return
Message us on Instagram or e-mail with your order number — we will send instructions. International return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
04 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your card within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
05 Exceptions
Made-to-measure items are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects (30-day warranty).
